Currently, our office is seeking a Hygiene Coordinator for our practice in Alamogordo, NM! The right fit must be a people person, demonstrate multitasking abilities, possess time management skills, be a team player, and be comfortable with different types of technology!

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients upon arrival
• Answering phone calls and confirming appointments
• Scheduling appointments and filling spaces in the schedule
• Maintaining hygiene recall schedule
• Processing payments, sending and verifying insurance claims
• Provide administrative support to dental staff
• Manage front desk operations and ensure a smooth flow of patients

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to facilitate hard conversations/provide conflict resolution.
• Outgoing, Upbeat and Dependable Personality.
